1. Any claims for damage must be made within 48 hours.
2. All Open Sign and Clock damage claims will result in a new sign/clock being shipped.
3. All Business and Bar Signs and Sculptures claims will result in shipping *replacement glass.
*Note: Instead of trying to ship new signs back and forth we will ship replacement glass so your customers can replace the broken piece themselves. Its as easy as changing a light bulb.
